As social media analytics show, the battle against climate change is arguably the most consumed topic in insurance today.
Directly impacted by climate change, the industry has more than a vested interest. Adapting to such environmental issues has forced the industry to review not only how insurance operates but also what insurance it should offer.
These are huge drivers, for both customer expectation and the need to move away from ‘compete only on price’ strategies.
