Alec Miloslavsky
Chief Executive Officer
Alec Miloslavsky has more than 20 years of experience in technology and entrepreneurial leadership. Prior to EIS, Alec was the co-founder and former chairman and CEO of Exigen Services (now named Return on Intelligence), a company that has grown to revenues exceeding $70 million. Earlier in his career, Alec co-founded Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories and served as CTO from its inception. Alec helped lead Genesys through its successful initial public offering and subsequent sale to Alcatel for $1.9 billion in 1999. This exit generated 30x returns to shareholders. Following the acquisition, he played a key role with the integration of Genesys into the Alcatel organization.

Mike Dwyer
Chief Technology Officer & Executive Vice President
Mike Dwyer brings 20 years of technical, architectural, and managerial experience in the insurance and telecommunications industries to his roles at EIS. Mike manages an engineering organization of more than 200 people in the United States and abroad, and plays a key role in designing, implementing, and successfully deploying the company’s insurance software solutions to customers around the globe. Prior to joining EIS, Mike held a variety of engineering architecture and management roles for established and start-up companies, including Sprint Corp., Interwave Communications, and Motorola. Mike holds an Honors bachelor’s of electrical and micro-electronic engineering from the University College Cork in Ireland.
Sara Perez
Executive Vice President, Marketing
With over 25 years of B2B experience in the tech industry, Sara has a distinguished history of driving growth and innovation through strategic marketing. Her career encompasses diverse roles in both regional and global capacities, working with companies in both SaaS and traditional technology, ranging from agile start-ups to multibillion-dollar enterprises.
As the EVP of Marketing for EIS, Sara leverages her extensive expertise in global marketing to lead comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies. Her work includes digital marketing, brand management, communications, channel development, and product strategy. Her leadership and innovative approach have a sole focus on driving tangible results, significantly enhancing market presence, and contributing to business performance. Prior to her four-year tenure at EIS, Sara held senior management roles at industry-leading firms such as Business Objects (SAP), Genesys, VMware, and Schneider Electric.
Sergiy Synyanskyy
Chief Financial Officer
Sergiy Synyanskyy joined EIS from software services provider Return on Intelligence (now Emergn), where he served as CFO. Sergiy started his international career at Ernst & Young where he managed audits and advisory engagements for industrial corporations and banks. He holds a master’s degree in banking and a Ph.D. degree in international economy.
Kimberlee Bogen
Chief Legal Officer
Kim brings over 35 years of experience as a legal counsel and a senior executive in the software and services business.
Prior to joining EIS, Kim was the general counsel of a publicly traded software company based in the US and Israel. Before that, Kim founded Bogen Associates International, a firm that provided legal/business development services to emerging growth companies in the digital media space. Earlier, Kim served as general counsel and, eventually, president of a publicly traded wireless communications company that ultimately sold its technology to its Asian partner to produce a wristwatch communication device. She began her legal career in New York at what is now the firm of Norton Rose Fulbright. She has served on the Telecommunications Commission of the City and County of San Francisco and authored several works on intellectual property and software protection.

Rich Fisher

Rich is a seasoned leader with a track record in driving transformative strategies and operational excellence. At EIS, Rich led the evolution of the solutions consulting practice and pioneered the launch of revenue operations capabilities. As EIS Chief Revenue Officer, Rich leads a cross-functional team, focusing on enhancing customer and partner experiences across sales, consulting, customer and partner success, and revenue operations.
Prior to EIS, Rich excelled in various roles related to strategy, business transformation, and sales, significantly contributing to both top-line growth and bottom-line efficiencies. He is known for his commitment to performance improvement, organizational change, and growth, consistently elevating teams and operations.
Rich holds an MBA in Sales and Marketing, a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, and a degree in Organizational Behavior. His leadership skills were also honed during his time as a Sergeant of Marines. Today, as CRO, Rich focuses on driving growth, fostering innovation, and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making, with a mission to challenge the status quo and prioritize tangible results.
Andrew O’Leary
Executive Vice President, Human Resources
Andrew has broad experience having been a HR leader in VMWare, as well as managing multiple M&A’s. He specializes in business partnering, ER issues, data analytics, and scaling HR departments effectively. Prior to this he was a HR Leader for Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals. He also has previously held IT leadership roles in the Irish public sector and worked as a financial controller in the aerospace industry.
Andrew holds a Bachelors in Computer Science, Chartered Management Accountant qualification, a Masters in HR, and diplomas in Employment Law and Data Analytics.
Paul Acevedo
Executive Vice President, SaaS Product Management
Paul is a seasoned and innovative technology executive with over two decades of diverse experience in high-tech product management, development, and senior IT leadership. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at CSAA Insurance Group. Paul’s dynamic career spanned several innovative organizations in Silicon Valley, including BMC Software, Experimental Web Services, Inc., ITM Software, Sun Microsystems, Terraspring, and Xerox Palo Alto. This journey instilled in him a profound capability to deliver cutting-edge SaaS technologies and optimize organizational operations. Paul holds an MBA from Stanford and a bachelor’s and master’s in electrical engineering from Rose-Hulman and Syracuse.
Steve James
Executive Vice President, Global Sales
Steve brings to EIS a 20-year track record helping executives at large companies implement transformational technology. For the past 10 years, Steve has focused on providing technology solutions to the financial services and insurance industries. During that time, he led the sales team for Virtusa Corp. and was a sales leader for Cognizant’s insurance practice. Steve also led the sales team for Click Commerce, an enterprise B2B software provider. Prior to Click Commerce, he was a regional manager and sales executive at Oracle. Steve holds an MBA in international finance and a BA in accounting from Indiana University.
Jim Caruso
Executive Vice President, Customer and Partner Success
Jim Caruso joined EIS from Pega where he was responsible for North America Insurance and Healthcare Professional Services and Global Technical Education. Prior to Pega, Jim directed and managed a succession of high-growth businesses focused on professional services including global software delivery, information engineering, management consulting, network management outsourcing, and business process automation. Earlier in his career, he was president and COO of IT Solutions/Caritor, an offshore software delivery firm which was purchased by Keane in 2007. Jim was also president of PC Support and executive vice president at Axiom, where he managed both regional expansion and business development.
Matthew Denninger
Chief Transformation Officer
As the Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) at EIS, Matthew leads the Global Transformation Office. He drives improved business outcomes through seamless cross-department transformations in alignment with company strategy and identifies initiatives for effective management at all levels. Implementation of these transformation initiatives enhances performance and improves scalability by setting global policies, procedures, organizational design, standards, and evolving our data culture and tools to support data based decision making across end-to-end operations.
With over 20 years of product and operations experience across manufacturing, technology, and personal and commercial lines insurance, Matthew has held leadership positions at AXA-XL, The Hartford, and Alcatel-Lucent. He has a strong track record of scaling global organizations through his expertise in transformation, business line expansion, strategic business development, delivery of critical programs, portfolio management, and continuous improvement. Matthew holds degrees in engineering and information technology and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
Rowshi Pejooh
Executive Vice President, Product
Rowshi Pejooh is the chief product designer and one of the founders of EIS. Before joining EIS, Rowshi was the CIO at Creditland. As an entrepreneur, she started YLP Consulting, providing software design and business intelligence services to her clients ranging from Internet start-ups to large banks and insurance companies. Prior to that, she held senior management positions with CSAA. She has an MBA degree from San Francisco State University.
Rory Yates
Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy, Global
Rory is a seasoned business leader with over 27 years of experience in various domains, including digital, marketing, innovation, and sustainability. As the SVP of Global Strategy at EIS Ltd, he oversees the strategic direction of the company, ensuring alignment with the vision, mission, and values of the organization.
Rory is passionate about creating safer, smarter, and more self-sufficient insurance ecosystems that benefit people, businesses, and the environment. Producing and contributing to a wide range of thought leadership, research and analyst work to keep pace with a rapidly changing marketplace and economy.

Dr. Mark Boxer
Dr. Mark Boxer is an internationally recognized innovator and technologist with more than twenty-five years of experience in healthcare technology, analytics, and digital leadership. He is considered an expert in digital health, behavioral economics, and the use of technology for population health management. He retired as executive vice president and global chief information and digital officer for Cigna, one of the largest global health-services companies. Previously, he held senior executive positions with Anthem; Xerox; and HP (Digital), where he began his career. Mark holds doctorates, with honors, in health administration from the Medical University of South Carolina, and global public health from Arizona Health Sciences. He also holds a master’s degree in information systems from Drexel, an MBA in finance from UConn, as well as bachelor’s degrees in physics and engineering from the University of Hartford. He completed postdoctoral work at the University of Oxford. Mark is an NACD credentialed cyber expert. Mark chairs the governance committee at Grange Insurance, where he serves as a director. He is a governor-appointed trustee for the University of Connecticut. Dr. Boxer is active in the disability community and shared the AAPD Justice for all Award with two U.S. Congressmen for his work advancing disability rights. He is a founding member of the Internet Ecosystem Innovation Committee (IEIC).
Ken Coleman
Ken Coleman is a Silicon Valley pioneer who was the founder, chairman, and CEO of the enterprise software company ITM Software. Previously, Ken was EVP of Global Sales, Services and Marketing for Silicon Graphics, Inc. (SGI). Prior to joining SGI, Ken was VP of Product Development at Activision. Earlier, he spent 10 years at Hewlett-Packard Company, where he held several management positions. In addition to his board role at EIS Group, Ken is Chairman of Saama Technologies, Inc., and also serves on the board of directors of CSAA Insurance Group, Entertainment Partners, Prevedere, and Complia Health. He is currently a Special Advisor to both Andreessen Horowitz Venture Capital Firm and Carrick Capital Partners Private Equity Firm. Ken is also an advisor at Pinterest as well as several other early stage technology companies. He is a member of the Executive Leadership Council and the Dean’s Advisory Council for the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. Ken earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from The Ohio State University. He also served as a captain in the United States Air Force.
Rodion Kuhaev
Rodion Kuhaev is the Head of Investment department at EastOne Group. Prior to joining EastOne in 2008, Rodion was a Managing Director at N.R.Growth Consulting, a private equity firm focusing on the TMT and consumer sectors in the CIS region. He led all phases of the investment process and served on boards of portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, Rodion was a Vice President in the Sputnik Group, a private equity and investment advisory firm, where he was in charge of advisory services and investor relations, and led M&A projects in media, telecom, technology, energy, financial, real estate and other sectors. Rodion earned a degree in economics from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
Sharon Ludlow
Sharon also serves as Executive in Residence, Global Risk Institute and recently advised OMERS, one of Canada’s largest pension plans, on its insurance investment strategy. Sharon serves on the Boards of EIS Group, Green Shield Canada and Ortho RTI. Earlier in her career, she launched Kanetix, Canada’s first online insurance marketplace for consumers.
Sharon is a Chartered Accountant/Chartered Professional Accountant; with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. Sharon is a graduate of the Directors Education Program, Rotman/Institute of Corporate Directors and holds an ICD.D designation.
Sharon was awarded by WXN as one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women and one of the Top 50 Women in the insurance industry globally by Reactions magazine.

Andrea Orcel
Andrea Orcel is currently the CEO of UniCredit. His career spans over 25 years of working in, leading, and advising some of the world’s largest and most complex financial services organizations. He is a practiced leader and manager of multifaceted financial institutions with a deep understanding of the importance of technology and digitalization as a transformation agent within financial services.
Prior to joining UniCredit, Andrea was President of UBS’s Investment Bank division, spearheading the creation and execution of UBS’s Accelerate initiative and the subsequent successful positioning and rerating of the Global Investment Bank. Andrea was a Member of the Group Executive Board of UBS, CEO of UBS Limited and UBS AG London Branch, Member of the Board of UBS Americas Holding LLC, and senior contact for US industry regulators.
Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Rome, and an MBA from INSEAD.
Andrea was a member of the Board of UBS Optimus Foundation and Senior Sponsor and Leader for Diversity and Talent Development at UBS, issues he is a passionate and vocal advocate for.
